Plain English, kept short on purpose.
1. Who we are. ManMar Games, Chennai, India. For the game: [email protected]. For everything else: [email protected].
2. The game is yours to play, not to copy. Buying Iruvam gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play it. Please don't copy, extract, re-upload, resell, or redistribute the game or its assets — the footage, audio, writing, design, and code — and don't reverse-engineer it except where the law says we can't stop you.
3. What's ours. Everything in Iruvam — including the filmed performances, which appear with the performers' permission — belongs to ManMar Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
4. Your videos. You can record, stream, and monetize videos of Iruvam. That permission is here in writing. Our one courtesy request lives on the support page: keep the vault's questions and the ending out of thumbnails and titles.
5. Buying the game. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store, under that store's own terms, and refunds follow that store's refund policy. Nothing here reduces any rights you have under the law where you live, including Indian consumer law.
6. Updates. We may update the game to fix things or improve it. Your license doesn't expire, and we'll do our best never to break your saves.
7. The websites. iruvam.com and manmar.me are provided as-is and may change. Links to other sites are theirs, not ours.
8. The honest legal part. To the maximum extent the law allows: the game and the sites are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes. If these terms change, this page changes, and the date at the top changes with it.
